KATHUA, Jan 19: BJP spokesperson and in-charge policy and research, Abhijeet Jasrotia started construction of tube-well in village Seswan, here today.
Speaking on the occasion, Abhijeet Jasrotia said that potable drinking water is the basic necessity of people and the same has been demanded by the people for a long time.
Sarpanch Tripta Devi has made continuous efforts to get sanctioned the tube well and finally the work on it has started, Jasrotia said.
She said that by the end of this year all households of her Panchayat will have the facility of clean drinking water.
Abhijeet Jasrotia said that ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and now ‘Sabka Prayas’ are mantra of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi which is now visible on ground and thanked all officials of PHE Department who played a crucial role for the project.
Chief Functionary Nations Development Association (NDA), Sushil Singh Charak, Tripta Devi Sarpanch, Naib Sarpanch, Panches and other prominent people of the area were also present on the occasion.
