Abolish interview process

Sir,
Sometime back PM Narendra Modi in his monthly radio address ‘Mann Ki Baat’ announced that there will be no requirement of interview for Group D,C and B non-gazatted posts in Central Government.
His objective for doing so was to put an end to the menace of corruption in non gazetted jobs interview. The effort is really appreciable because personality or skill assessment is not absolutely required for getting a small job. Our State is not an exception to corruption in non gazetted jobs interview. J&K is also suffering from the evil of corruption having the dubious distinction of being at the top rank among states in corruption index.
So in respect of interview for non gazetted posts, our (PDP-BJP) coalition Government need to take efforts to specify certain posts which could be exempted from interviews. So that it will curb corruption, ensure more objective selection and ease the problems of the poor and resourceless aspirants.
Yours etc…
