JAMMU, Apr 1: Pacca Danga police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest since long.
As per police sources, based on reliable information, a team from Pacca Danga police station conducted raid and arrested an absconder, who was at large since long.
The accused has been identified as Kewal Krishan (44), son of late Ram Dass, a resident of Village Jindlehar RS Pura.
He was involved in a case registered under FIR Number 197/2004 under Section 380 RPC with Police Station Pacca Danga. The court has also issued warrant under Section 512 CrPC against the absconder.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO Pacca Danga SI Dheeraj Nagpal made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO City Vivek Shekhar and SP City Dr Vinod Kumar.
