SAMBA, Dec 14: Ghagwal police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest since long.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Ghagwal Police Station led by SHO Inspector Sudhir Sadhotra under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Samba Tilak Raj Bhardwaj arrested an absconder who has been identified as Abdul Quyoom, son of Mohammad Gazi of Main Chack, District Kathua.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 98/13 under section 188 RPC and 2/3 PCA Act with Police Station Ghagwal. Arrest warrant under section 512 CrPC also stands issued against him.
The absconder was produced in the court of law and lodged in Sub-Jail Hiranagar.
