KATHUA, Aug 16: Police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest since long.
As per police sources, on specific information, a joint team led by SHO Rajbagh Bopinder Singh along with Incharge Police Post Marheen Vikas Sharma arrested an absconder, who was at large since long.
The arrested person has been identified as Mohammad Sadeeq, son of Dullah of Handey Chak Tehsil Marheen.
He was evading his arrest from the last four months in a case registered under FIR Number 78/2020 under section 188 IPC and 11/5 PCA Act with Police Station Rajbagh.
The accused is a professional criminal who was also evading his arrest from last three years in a case registered under FIR Number 384/17 under section 188 RPC with Police Station Kathua.
