JAMMU, Nov 10: Parade police nabbed an absconder, who was evading his arrest for the past one year.
As per police spokesman, during checking at Rotary Chowk, a team from Parade police post arrested an absconder, who was at large since past one year.
The accused has been identified as Sanjeet Singh, son of Fateh Singh of Maheshpura, Bakshi Nagar.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 188/2006 under Section 279 and 338 RPC with police station Domana. A warrant under Section 512 CrPC by 3rd Additional Munsiff Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Jammu also stands issued against him.
Police team led by Incharge Parade police post SI Deepak Katoch made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Pacca Danga Inspector Ajay Bhat, SDPO City Vivek Shekhar and SP City Dr Vinod Kumar.
