KISHTWAR, Oct 21: Warwan Police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest from the past 19 years.
As per police sources, on reliable information a team from Police Station Warwan under the supervision of SDPO Marwah Nissar Khoja arrested an absconder from Lower Munda area of Qazigund in District Kulgam.
The arrested person was identified as Haroon Khan, son of Zeer Khan of Baringan Tehsil Shangus District Anantnag.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 30/2002 under Sections 376, 366, 343 and 109 RPC with Police Station Warwan and was absconding since then.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
