POONCH, May 16: Police have apprehended an absconder, who was evading arrest for the last three years.
The arrested accused, identified as Mohd Ashraf, son of Syed Mohd Jatt of Ari, was wanted in case FIR number 15/2018, registered at Police Station Mendhar. He was evading arrest for the last three years and a warrant under section 512 CRPC was issued against him by the court of JMIC Mendhar.
The arrest was made by SDPO Mendhar, Zakir Abbas, under the supervision of SSP Poonch, Dr Vinod Kumar.
