RAMBAN, Sept 8: An absconder wanted in a case registered at Police Station Ramban has been arrested today by cops from Police Station Ramban.
A case in FIR No. 162/2018 U/S 420/323/504/506 RPC was registered at Police Station Ramban against the accused Mohd. Yousaf Lohar, son of Ghulam Rasool, resident of Sarbagni, Tehsil Ramsoo, District Ramban. He was evading arrest since long with a motive to avoid legal proceedings and a general warrant of arrest bearing number 394/M/Rbn Dated 25-10-2019 against the accused was issued by JMIC Ramban.
He was arrested by cops led by Inspector Neem-Ul-Haq Mattoo under the close supervision of SSP Ramban, Mohita Sharma.
The absconder has been produced before the court of law for further course of action.
