JAMMU, Apr 24: Police in Miran Sahib area here claimed they have arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest for the past one year.
A police spokesperson said that Amandeep Singh alias Madu of Singh Pura, Muralian, Jammu, had been evading his arrest since October 2023 in a theft case.
Today, he said, a team of Police Station Miran Sahib led by SHO concerned and assisted by PSI Yassar Arafat raided a suspected location and arrested the accused.
