JAMMU, Oct 19: Bahu Fort Police has arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest for last 10 years.
“Acting on information received through reliable sources regarding hideout of Semab Ahmed son of Ahmed Hussain Khan, resident of Harni Gursai-an absconder in a case FIR Number 41/2012 u/s 341 /382 RPC of Police Station Bahu Fort, a team of Police Station Bahu Fort led by SHO Inspector Nayat raided the suspected place and arrested the absconder,” a police spokesman said.
He said, subsequently, the absconder was today produced before the Court of Sub Judge Judicial Magistrate Jammu. Further investigation of the case was going on, the spokesman added.
