JAMMU, Dec 27: Police today arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrested for the last 20 years from Miran Sahib.
Police spokesman said that, on specific inputs, police party from Miran Sahib Police Station conducted a raid and arrested the absconder Mohd Rafiq, son of Qazi Babu of Maralia, Miran Sahib.
The absconder was wanted in a case registered at Miran Sahib Police Station under Section 188 RPC and was evading his arrest since 1993.
The arrest was made by police party from Miran Sahib Police station led by SHO Ravi Parihar under the supervision of DySP Diwakar Singh and SP Headquarters Shailainder Singh.
