JAMMU, Mar 2: Panjtirthi Police arrested an absconder, who was involved in a narcotics smuggling case.
As per police sources, on specific information a team from Police Post Panjtirthi led by PSI Rahul Sharma under the supervision of SHO Pacca Danga Inspector Raghubir Singh, SDPO City Sharad Kalu and SP City Kulbir Handa conducted raid and apprehended an absconder, who was identified as Gurmeet Singh alias Prince, son of Amlok Singh of Gadigarh District Jammu.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 123/2020 under Section 8/15/29 NDPS Act with Police Station Pacca Danga.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
