POOMCH, Mar 6: An absconder wanted in a case registered in Police Station Mendhar has been arrested by police team headed by Inspector Nayaz Ahmed.
Absconder namely Sajjad Hussain son of Mohd Rashid resident of Thera Topa, Mendhar was nabbed today.
The accused was wanted in case FIR No. 10/2021 U/S 376 D IPC, 6 POCSO Act and was absconding whereas a general warrant of arrest U/S 512 CrPC was issued against him by Munsiff Court Mendhar.
The accused has been produced in the court of law for further course of action.
