POONCH, Apr 7: Police Station Mandi today arrested an absconder identified as Javed Akhter, son of Ghulam Mohd Bhatt, resident of Rajpura (Mandi) after about 10 years.
“The accused was wanted in a case FIR Number 79/2013 U/S 279/304A RPC of Police Station Mandi and was absconding after committing the crime whereas a general warrant of arrest U/S 512 CrPC was issued against him by CJM Court, Poonch,” Police sources said, adding, the accused will be produced in the court of law for further course of action.
