RAMBAN, Apr 30: Gool police arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest for the past 10 years.
As per police sources, police team from Gool police station conducted a raid and arrested an absconder, who was at large since 2005.
The accused has been identified as Mohammad Afzal, son of Mohammad Iqbal of Mugji, Gool.
He was involved in a case registered under FIR number 24/2005 under Section 307, 121-A RPC, 7/27 Arms Act with police station Gool.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO police station Gool Inspector Sunil Arya made the arrest under the supervision of Vipan Chandren, DySP Gool and Randeep Kumar, SSP Ramban.
