JAMMU, Jan 15: Bishnah police arrested an absconding bovine smuggler.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Bishnah police station conducted raid in Maralia area and arrested an absconding bovine smuggler.
The accused has been identified as Baljeet Singh alias Rinku, son of Bhajan Singh of Khour Dhunia, tehsil RS Pura.
He was involved in a case registered under FIR Number 14/16 under Section 188 RPC and 3 PCA Act with police station Bishnah.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team headed by SHO Bishnah police station inspector Kulbir Singh Choudhary made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Harjeet Singh, SP Headquarters Jammu RC Kotwal and SSP Jammu Uttam Chand.
