JAMMU, Feb 28: Bishnah Police arrested an absconding criminal, who was evading his arrest from the past 8 years.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Police Station Bishnah led by SHO Inspector Anil Choudhary under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan conducted raid and apprehended an absconder, who was at large since 2013.
The accused has been identified as Raghubir Singh alias Dana alias Rinku, son of Parshotam Singh, a resident of village Chorli Tehsil Bishnah district Jammu.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 120/2013 under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 34 RPC and 4/25 Arms Act. Arrest warrant under Section 512 CrPC also stands issued against him by Court of JMIC Bishnah.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
