DODA, June 16: Gandoh Police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest in drugs smuggling case.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Police Station Gandoh led by SHO Inspector Vikram Singh conducted raid and apprehended an absconder, who was evading his arrest in narcotics peddling case.
The arrested person was identified as Mohammad Rafi, son of Mohammad Hanief, a resident of Joura Khurd Tehsil Kahara District Doda.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 46/2021 under Section 8/20/29 NDPS Act with Police Station Gandoh.
The arrest was made under the supervision of SDPO Gandoh Shazada Kabir Mattoo, SP Bhaderwah Abdul Qayoom and SSP Doda Mumtaz Ahmed.
