REASI, May 11: Continuing the drive against absconding criminals launched by District Police Reasi, Police Station Katra today arrested an absconding thief.
The arrested criminal was identified as Raskaran Singh, son of Amarjeet Singh of Sainik Colony Jammu, at present Sidhra Jammu.
According to Police, Raskaran Singh is a notorious thief and was absconding in case FIR number 01/2017, under section 380/411 RPC of Police Station GRP Katra.
A general warrant of arrest was issued against him by Court of Munsif JMIC Katra on 28/11/2019.
Reasi Police developed specific information and arrested the accused from Jammu and produced him in court of law at Katra.
