JAMMU, Feb 1: J&K ABVP will organize its 55th Conference at Teachers’ Bhawan wherein 1000 Karyakartas will participate.
This was informed by J&K ABVP Secretary, Deepak Gupta along with G.M Ali, Joint Secretary; NEC Member, Muskaan Anand and Jammu City Secretary, Parteek Raina in a press conference here today wherein the poster for the conference was also launched.
Gupta told reporters that agenda of the organization for the year will be decided in the Conference.
He said there are numerous problems which are being faced by the students in the campuses at primary, secondary and higher educational institutes relating to infrastructure, availability of staff, apt syllabus for the students for their holistic development, scholarships at different level of education etc.
The ABVP leader also said that discussions will be held for deciding the future course of action on all such issues.
“This is the first J&K Conference post abrogation of Article 370. ABVP was leading struggle for the last 7 decades for the abrogation of Article 370 and now when it is abrogated, the J&K youth is hopeful for holistic development in all aspects in the UT of J&K and Ladakh,” he maintained.
Gupta further said that discussion sessions on NRC and CAA, employment and education and left extremism will also be held in the Conference and appealed the civil society to support the Conference.
