JAMMU, Apr 3: During its one day State Conference, held at Udhampur, ABVP J&K passed two resolutions and also announced State executive council for the session 2021-22.
Giving details, here today, ABVP State Secretary Mukesh Manhas informed that in the first resolution related to Education, ABVP demanded early implementation of NEP 2020, student Union elections in colleges and universities of J&K , permanent posting of Vice-Chancellors in universities and implementation of One Man, One Post policy in universities.
“In the second resolution, ‘Current scenario of J&K’, ABVP demanded preserving the ancient books and monuments, proper road connectivity in every corner of J&K, steps to protect borders and promotion of local folk arts, culture and languages.
ABVP also announced its State Executive Council with Dr Permendra Singh as President and Mukesh Manhas as Secretary. The other unit members include Dr A P Singh, Ajay Kumar Sharma, Parveen Miyan, Naina Dogra, Dr Nazim Hussain (Vice Presidents), Nandita Sharma, Ramnik Sharma, Vishal Manhas, Monu Sharma, Saksham Koushal (Joint Secretaries), Akhil Wazir (Office Secretary), Govind Sharma (Treasurer), Muskaan Anand (Girls Incharge) and Deepak Gupta (Jan Sampark Parmukh).
Dr Lokinder Singh and Ravail Parihar were announced as SHODH Incharge and Convenor, Radheshyam Kumawat as Student For Development (SFD) Convenor, Dr Arti Sharma and Deepak Kumar as Agrivision Incharge and Convenor, Akshi Billowria as Rashtriya Kala Manch Convenor, Palak Sambyal as Students For Sewa (SFS) Convenor, Satyender Pathak as Think India Convenor, Anoop Rajput as Media Convenor and Pardeep Jamwal as Social Media Convenor.
State Executive Council Members include Harsh Khajuria, Anand, Priyanka Manhas, Sahil Koundal, Chirag Malhotra, Shivani Sharma, Shiva, Sahil Parnali, Malvika Sharma, Siya Sambyal, Nitish Sharma, Manvi Sharma, Anshika Abrol, Omkar Verma, Rajinder, Rishav Banathia, Abhijeet Thakur, Shweta Sharma, Sahil Sharma, Sirdev Singh, Aakriti Chib, Mangal Singh, Kashish Gupta, Ashish Kotwal, Sonika Bharti, Shivam Sharma, Pardeep Kumar, Haqiqat Singh, Sehrish Geelani, Manzoor Rather, Akash Amin, Nargis Khatoon.
State Working Committee Members include Tejaswini Johar, Rankaj Sharma, Shubam amar, Chahat Anand, Tandeep Singh, Sonali Vaid, Navjot Jasrotia, Shilpa Sharma, Akashdeep Singh, Tarun Singh, Sandeep Charak, Farhana Butt, Raja Gul Hassan.
