JAMMU, July 2: Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Central University of Jammu (CUJ) unit today submitted a memorandum to Controller of Examinations (CoE) Prof Suram Singh regarding delay in end-semester exam results.
President of ABVP CUJ unit, Manoj Verma said that end-semester exams in the University are conducted in the month of May and the deadline fixed for declaration of results by university was 3rd June. But more than one month has passed and still results have not been declared.
Secretary of the Unit, Abhishek Choudhary said that students are facing difficulties in their admission process of PG & PhD courses as it is a requirement of many universities to submit the final semester results before admission.
ABVP demanded the CoE to declare the results of end-semester exam as soon as possible so that students can complete their admission process within time.
