Ramnik Sharma, State Joint Secretary of ABVP said that research plays an important role in country’s growth and to produce more researchers, it requires professors or supervisors in higher education from research background. “But new policy of JKPSC is running on moving towards some other direction and the new rule is “discriminatory” and has created anxiety among the aspirants who possess M Phil and PhD degree as well.
