JAMMU, Feb 29: The protest demonstration by ABVP Jammu Mahanagar here today entered day 2.
Over 100 student protesters raised slogans in favour of their demands outside JKBOSE office under the leadership of Arman Khajuria, ABVP Jammu Mahanagar secretary.
Protesters expressed concern over the plight of nearly 1000 students of Jammu (summer zone) who face uncertainty due to abrupt eligibility criteria changes done by JKBOSE.
ABVP leaders condemned the JKBOSE Chairman for lack of transparency and empathy in addressing the concerns.
Leaders of the protesters said if issues are not addressed promptly then they may escalate the protest as future of the students is at stake.
Prominent ABVP members present in the protest were Harish Sharma, Manik Goswami, Piyush Gupta, Divyansh Janyal, Ganesh Bhardwaj, Lucky Sharma, Varun Manhas, Raman Khajuria and Rajan.
