REASI, Sept 12: The Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) today submitted a memorandum of demands to Deputy Commissioner Reasi seeking his attention towards problems being faced by the students.
In the memorandum, the ABVP has demanded filling up of vacant posts of teachers in all campuses, providing hostel facility to GDC, Polytechnic students, proper sports facilities to all campuses, basics facilities like library, furniture, water cooler, purifier, fans, cleanliness of washrooms, shifting of polytechnic to newly constructed building near GDC Reasi and release of money of the students of Himayat Centre.
The ABVP also threatened to launch an agitation if these demanded are not conceded within a week’s time.
