JAMMU, Jan 24: Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad, Jammu University unit submitted a memorandum to JU Vice-Chancellor regarding various issues being faced by students.
ABVP demanded new and additional building for Girls’ Hostel and allotment of seats in hostels on the basis of other categories also, such as (EWS, RBA and ALC).
The memorandum was submitted by the ABVP unit of JU, led by Sunil Singh Roudhan (President) and Manisha Rajput (Secretary).
The Vice-Chancellor assured to look into the demands and positively consider the same as soon as possible. He purportedly said that new hostel building will be open within six months and allotment of seats on the basis of mentioned categories will be provided in recently going fresh admissions.
