JAMMU, Feb 11: An accident victim succumbed to his injuries at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), here today.
“The victim identified as Rakesh Kumar (26) son of Birbal, a resident of Udhampur, was seriously injured yesterday in a road mishap at Dhar Road area falling under the limits of police post Rond Domail,” a police official said, adding the injured man was under treatment at GMCH Jammu, where he succumbed to his injuries today at about 6 PM.
The body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of the hospital for conducting post mortem tomorrow. The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
