JAMMU, May 3: A victim of road accident today succumbed to his injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital.
According to a police spokesperson, a youth identified as Aman Choudhary (18) son of Punjab Singh, a resident of Phlian Mandaal, was shifted here at GMCH on April 22 after he got serious injuries in a road mishap at Suryachak in Phlian Mandaal area of city outskirts.
“After battling with life for over 10 days in GMCH Jammu, the youth succumbed to his injuries today at about 10.45 am. After conducting post mortem, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites”, the spokesman said, adding that the concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
