JAMMU, Dec 5: A victim of road accident today succumbed to his injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
According to a police spokesperson, a 14-year-old boy identified as Anubhav Sharma son of Ganesh Dass, resident of Samthyal (Samba) was admitted here at GMCH on December 4 after he received serious injuries in a road mishap at Patyari in Ghagwal area of Samba.
However, the boy succumbed to his injuries today at about 2 pm. After completing all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites. The concerned police have taken cognizance of the matter.
