JAMMU, Oct 8: A victim of road accident succumbed to his injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
According to a police spokesperson, a youth identified as Vicky (20) son of Hans Raj, a resident of Bari-Brahamana, was shifted here at GMCH on October 4 following a road mishap at Dollian (Bishnah) in which he received serious injuries.
However, the man succumbed to his injuries last night at about 11.15 pm. After conducting post mortem today, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites. The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
