JAMMU, July 20: Sub Judge Katra Sandeep Gandotra has granted interim bail to Sandeep Koul, who has been accused of forging the letters of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj for giving priority in helicopter tickets for darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi.
The counsel appearing for the accused submitted before the court that Katra Police has made a mound hill out of a mole  to gain publicity. “Even after the lapse of remand period the Katra Police has not taken signatures or handwriting proof of the MEA Minister Sushma Swaraj and is beating trumpets in the media just to defame the alleged accused”, he added.
After hearing the arguments of both the sides, the court granted interim bail to the accused on certain conditions.
