HARIDWAR, Sept 17: Advanced blood testing machine ‘Mindray BC 760 Automated Haematology Analyzer’ has been inaugurated here today at the pathology lab of Patanjali Ayurvedic Hospital by Acharya Balkrishna of Patanjali Yogpeeth.
Central University New Delhi Chancellor, Prof. Sriniwas Varkhedi and Prof. Shivani from Bangalore were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Acharya Balkrishna said, “with the motive of keeping the welfare of patients at top the initiative was taken to provide world-class medical facilities for continuous health care and treatment of patients.”
He explained that the Mindray BC 760 Automated Haematology Analyzer is a highly advanced machine that provides complete blood count and ESR results in a very short time.
A handout stated that the machine accurately analyses body fluids and provides immense help to the patients of anaemia (low haemoglobin), leukaemia (a type of cancer), thrombocytopenia (low platelet count), thrombocytosis, parasitic and other diseases.
Acharya further said that Patanjali with the help of Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Panchakarma, Shatkarma and other ancient medicinal systems, is dedicated for patient care on one hand while on the other Patanjali Ayurvedic Hospital is accredited by NABH and offers the most advanced healthcare services of world class and it also has NABL recognised pathology lab having modern equipments.
The hospital even has facilities for dental care, eye care and ENT along with a Research Centre.
Along with this Patanjali also has Radiology Department with facilities of X-ray and ultra-sound at Patanjali Ayurvedic Hospital.
On this occasion, senior pathologists Dr. S. Renuka, Manoj Kumar Singh, Manish Lakheda, Dinesh Pali, Sanjay Kumar, Ketan and Somdev were also present.
