JAMMU, Dec 23: High Court of Jammu and Kashmir will remain closed for the winter vacation with effect from the January 2, 2023 to January 28, 2023 (both days inclusive). The period commencing from 2nd day of January to 7th day of January, 2023 is no work period for the High Court.
Acting Chief Justice Tashi Rabstan has nominated Justice Mokash Khajuria Kazmi as Vacation Judge for Jammu wing from January 9, 2023 to January 14, 2023, Justice Rahul Bharti as Vacation Judge for Jammu wing from January 16, 2023 to January 21, 2023 and Justice Mohammad Akram Chowdhary as Vacation Judge for Jammu wing from January 23, 2023 to January 28, 2023.
Justice Rajesh Sekri has been nominated as Vacation Judge for Srinagar wing from January 9, 2023 to January 14, 2023, Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal as Vacation Judge for Srinagar wing from January 16, 2023 to January 21, 2023 and Justice Mohan Lal as Vacation Judge for Srinagar wing from January 23, 2023 to January 28, 2023.
