NEW DELHI, Nov 16:
John Abraham is one of the most popular action stars in Bollywood and the actor feels the genre is safe for him as screen life of action heroes is maximum.
The 43-year-old model-turned-actor, who made his acting debut with erotic thriller “Jism,” believes action films have a mass appeal and the genre will never lose its fan base.
“I don’t have any fear of being typecast. Be it Bollywood or Hollywood action hero will always last the longest. Action films are for masses. I think from an actor’s point of view it is a very safe genre for me,” John said.
The actor will next be seen doing some major stunts in his upcoming film “Force 2” and he says the makers decided to come up with the sequel to the 2011 hit because the subject they were dealing with was topical. (PTI)
