JAMMU, Aug 13: The multilingual literary organization, Adbi Kunj, Jammu, organized a literary and cultural meet-cum-function at its literary centre in the premises of Zee Pre-Kidzee School (Shastri Memorial Higher Secondary School) Talab Tillo, Jammu.
The meet-cum-function was presided over by renowned Urdu poet, Malik Singh Wafa while eminent educationist and writer, Dr Raj Kumari Sehgal was the chief guest. Besides, chairman, Arash Om Dalmotra, organizer, Ved Uppal and president of the organization, Sham Talib also shared the presidium.
In the first part of literary session, writers presented their various collections. Aj-Vee, a (Punjabi) short story was presented by MS Kamra, Adhikar (Hindi) short story by KL Dewana, Dou Janam (Dogri) short story by Om Dalmotra, Ham Aur Hamare Tehwar (Urdu) by Ved Uppal and Adbi Kunj Jammu Ke 40 Saal (Urdu) by Sham Talib.
In the composite musical poetic session, the poets including Santosh Nadan, Raj Kumari Sehgal, Om Dalmotra, MS Wafa, Ved Uppal, KL Dewana, MS Kamra, Sanjeev Kumar, Ashok Muntiq, Rajeev SK Gupta, Romesh Rahi, Raj Kumar Uttam and Sham Talib recited their ghazals and poems.
The function concluded with vote of thanks by Ved Uppal.
