RAJOURI, Dec 26: Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Mohd Salim Malik paid surprise visit to several private schools/ academies falling in Upper Rajouri and on Thanamandi road and found several schools opened despite holidays and even on Christmas Day.
He also found that many academies were being run in the shops along the road. Taking serious note of the issue, he issued warnings to the school managements and directed concerned ZEOs to take cognizance of the matter. He also apprised CEO Rajouri of the matter and asked him to initiate action in this regard.
