JAMMU, Apr 21: Government of Jammu and Kashmir today ordered nomination of Additional Deputy Commissioners as District Officers, in their respective districts, for exercising powers and discharging functions under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
They will discharge their functions under Section-5 of chapter-III of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
An order in this regard was issued today by the General Administration Department.
