JAMMU, Sept 12: High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has assigned the additional charge of the vacant posts of Principal Magistrates, Juvenile Justice Boards (JJBs) to the Judicial Officers.
As per the order issued by Registrar General, charge of Principal Magistrates, Juvenile Justice Board Srinagar has been assigned to Sub-Registrar Srinagar while as charge of Principal Magistrates, Juvenile Justice Board Anantnag has been assigned to Sub-Judge/Special Mobile Magistrate Anantnag.
Similarly, charge of Principal Magistrates JJB Shopian has been assigned to CJM Shopian, charge of Principal Magistrates JJB Pulwama has been assigned to CJM Pulwama and charge of Principal Magistrates JJB Baramulla has been assigned to Sub-Judge Baramulla.
Charge of Principal Magistrates JJBs of Budgam, Rajouri, Reasi and Leh has been assigned to Munsiff Budgam, Sub-Judge/Special Mobile Magistrate Rajouri, Sub-Judge Katra and CJM Leh respectively.
