JAMMU, Nov 3: Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Jammu Mukesh Singh inaugurated newly constructed parking slot in front of GP Fund/Traffic Police Office at Zonal Police Headquarters, here this afternoon.
In order to cope up problem of parking of vehicles at ZPHQ complex, a new parking slot has been constructed under the supervision of Mukesh Singh ADGP Jammu Zone.
The said parking lot has been constructed on self help basis with some financial assistance from PHQ J&K. This will resolve the problem of parking of vehicles of officers and officials of various departments housed in the ZPHQ Complex.
ADGP also gave trophy and commendation certificate along with suitable cash reward to Pioneer Platoon, ZPHQ and other jawans of Armed and DPL Jammu who have continuously working hard and remained engaged in connection with construction of parking slot for the more than 6 months.
DIG JSK Range, SSP PCR, Jammu, Staff Officer to DIG JSK, SSP Jammu, SSP Crime, SSP Traffic City, Jammu and Staff Officer to ADGP Jammu Zone and other gazetted officer and subordinate staff of ZPHQ, Crime, Traffic, GPF Office, Jammu were also present during the inauguration function.
Besides, a tea party was also organized after the function.
