JAMMU, Dec 6: Chairman OBC Department of Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC), Suresh Kumar Dogra here today appointed Aditya Dogra as Vice Chairman of the Department for Jammu Province.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were former Minister and senior Congress leader, Raman Bhalla, Puneet Arora, Parshotam Mehra, Gurpreet Dogra, Raj Kumar and others.
Speaking on the occasion, Bhalla said that his party is committed to give greater political representation to OBCs not just within the organization, but also in Parliament and State assemblies.
He alleged that the ruling BJP is dividing OBCs for political gains.
Speaking on the occasion Aditya Dogra thanked the PCC President, Ghulam Ahmad Mir, Vice President, Raman Bhalla and OBC Department Chairman, Suresh Dogra for giving him a chance to serve the people and Congress party with more devotion and dedication.
He also expressed gratitude to the Central and State leadership of the Congress.
