Srinagar, Dec 7 : An official spokesman today said that the 23rd BOCA meeting held under the Chair of Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal was attended by all designated BOCA members or their authorized representatives during which decisions were taken unanimously.
He said that after threadbare discussions/deliberations on each case in view of the directions passed in various cases by High Court of J&K and Ladakh from time to time and after following all rules and regulations governing the matter, decisions were taken by all BOCA members of their authorized representatives unanimously and also duly authenticated/ signed the Minutes of 23rd BOCA Meeting.
“It is pertinent to mention here that after issuance of Minutes of 23rd BOCA Meeting, CEO Tourism Development Authority, Sonamarg was advised vide letter No.DCG/PS/F-99/2022/413 dated 05.12.2022 to consolidate the observations/suggestions, if any, received from any concerned quarter and place the same before the Chairman BOCA along with the rule position supporting those observations/ suggestions, if any, so that further course of necessary action will be taken accordingly,” reads the statement issued by the spokesman.
