ANANTNAG, June 7: An emergency meeting of district administration was held here today which was presided over by Abdul Rehman Veeri, Minister of Horticulture and Haj Auquaf.
The meeting was held to take stock of all the arrangements for one month long festival of Malmas/Babumas scheduled from 17th June at Martand shrine near here. The Minister gave orders to the concerned authorities to solve all the problems highlighted by the Martand Tirath Trust office bearers and they all promised to give their full support to the Shri Martand Tirath Trust for an early solution.
The heads of all department assured to provide the facilities regarding electricity, water supply and transport.
The dignitaries of District authorities present in the meeting were DC Anantnag, A C Food and Supply, CMO, DFO, Executive PDD, Municipility Officers and A K Sidha, president Martand Tirath Trust and A K Tikoo, vice president.
