JAMMU, Mar 10: The UT Government today appointed Administrative Secretary , Finance Department as Competent Authority for discharging prescribed the functions in terms of Section 7 (1) of the Banning of unregulated deposit Scheme Act 2019.
An order to this effect was issued by Government here.
