Adulterated milk

Sir,
Come festivals and the khaana purti of symbolically seizing some samples of milk or Khoya from a few shopkeepers is thought sufficient for now and for future say after one year the performance to remain the same. In our city adulterated milk is sold openly , boldly and knowingly by the traders . Such milk is injurious for human health . The authorities know that the milk sold in the market varies in cost . The cost per kilo is between  Rs. 25 to Rs. 45.You ask the reason and the reply is that one is MORE SAAF than the other two rated. What are the elements mixed with the milk some in confidence admitted not only a nexus between them and the authorities but the factor of demand . In other words demand is so high that none of the customers asks about the quality. Can government at least enforce strict checking and on the spot testing of the stuff to face severe punishment by the adulterers before it is too late.
Yours etc….
