JAMMU, Oct 5: Advocate Ajay Manhas has been appointed as Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) on ad hoc basis of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) at District Court Jammu till further orders.
As per the order issued by Narcotics Control Bureau, the appointment will be subject to the fulfillment of the criteria laid down in the scheme for appointment of Special Public Prosecutors.
