JAMMU, Feb 27: Bashir Kuthoo, Advocate in Kashmir High Court has been appointed as State Secretary of State Legal Aid Committee, Jammu and Kashmir with effect from today.
He has been authorized to file PIL for the youth and students suffering jails.
He has been directed by the Chairman of the State Executive Committee, Prof Bhim Singh, Senior Advocate and elected Senior Executive Member of SCBA.
Kuthoo will meet the suffering prisoners and people to provide them free legal aid for justice and equity.
