Advocate Bhat’s book on Swami Nand Lal Ji hits stands

JAMMU, July 7: The biography on Yogiraj Swami Nand Lal Ji Maharaj of Tikker a renowned spiritual saint of Kashmir written by senior Advocate Kashi Nath Bhat was released at a simple but impressive function held at Swami Mast Bab Ashram here, today. A large number of devotees including some prominent persons attended the function.
The author of the book was the chief guest on the occasion who highlighted in detail the spiritual power of this great saint of Kashmir.
The gathering on the occasion honoured the author for writing the book at this age of his life and termed it a great job of Advocate Bhat. Advocate Bhat who has remained the ardent follower of Swami Ji throughout his life said Swami Nand Lal Ji was a great devotee of Goddess Sharda and he has worshiped at Sharda temple presently in PoJK for years together at his young age. He shared his own experiences with Swami Ji.
He also highlighted the teachings of the Swami Ji. The book throws light on spiritual life of Swami Ji who he said was always kind on his devotees.
Commenting on the book some of the speakers termed it a great work of author in highlighting the spiritual life of Swami Nand Lal Ji. They said that book has been written in lucid language which a common man can easily understand.
Those present on the occasion included Advocate Kashmiri Lal, S N Koul, retd DC Sales Tax, Ashok Kangan, a social activist, Sanjay Dhar of KMCET, Hira Lal Bhat, social activist, Virender Bhat Advocate and others.
After the function prashad was served to the participants.
