REASI, July 25: Advocate Pawan Dev Singh has been unanimously elected as president of the Bar Association Reasi.
The election was held under the control of outgoing president Vijay Sharma Adv who was also the returning officer. After the start of election process, a consensus was drawn and Advocate Pawan Dev Singh was unanimously elected to the post of president Bar Association Reasi. Advocate Pawan Khajuria was elected as vice-president, Advocate Raj Kumar as general secretary and Ankush Sharma as treasurer.
After getting elected as the president Bar Association Reasi, Advocate Pawan Dev Singh stated that he would leave no stone unturned for the betterment of the bar and try his level best to discharge the duties assigned to him. He said that the District Court Reasi was facing lot of problems like electricity cuts, parking problem etc. Stating that building of the court complex was old and there was requirement of additional space, he assured that all these issues would be taken up with concerned authorities.
On this occasion, Advocate Rajinder Sharma, Akhil Prashar, Parvesh Kant, Monica Sambyal and others were also present.
