JAMMU, Oct 17: The Jammu and Kashmir Home Department has appointed Shilpa Singh, Advocate, as a Special Public Prosecutor for handling cases charge-sheeted in the Special UAPA Courts by various investigating agencies.
“In exercise of powers conferred under section 15 read with section 22(2) of the National Investigation Agency Act 2008, the Government hereby appoints Shilpa Singh, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) for conducting prosecution of the cases charge sheeted in the special UAPA Court by various investigating agencies,” read an order issued by Home Department.
